Summary

Laparoscopic-guided transversus abdominis plane block (LAPTAP) offers comparable pain relief to ultrasound-guided TAP block (ULTAP) in colorectal surgery. LAPTAP significantly reduces anesthesia time, making it a feasible alternative for postoperative pain management.
