Lactic acid bacteria (LAB) Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis (RBX7) show antimicrobial activity against rice bacterial leaf blight (BLB) pathogens Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae (Xoo) and Pantoea ananatis (Pan). This study confirms RBX7 as a sustainable biocontrol agent for BLB management.
