- An elevated maternal sFlt-1/PlGF ratio near delivery is a significant predictor of adverse neonatal outcomes.
- These outcomes include SGA, gastrointestinal complications, prolonged PN, and extended hospitalization, highlighting the ratio's clinical importance.
