Pulmonary hypertension (PH) is a severe health condition in which the mean pulmonary arterial pressure increases to 25 mmHg or more, even when the body is at rest. Pulmonary cavernous hemangioma (PCH) is a rare tumor often misdiagnosed. This case highlights imaging findings in multiple PCH lesions with hepatic cavernous hemangioma, aiding in diagnosis and avoiding unnecessary biopsies.
