Abstract:
Xanthogranulomatous endometritis (XGE), typically a postmenopausal condition, has been diagnosed for the first time in a pregnant woman. This case also demonstrates the first reported association of XGE with high-grade serous ovarian carcinoma, underscoring the need for malignancy screening in XGE patients, regardless of pregnancy status. This highlights the importance of prompt histopathological sampling to prevent misdiagnosis.
