Brain Imaging Investigation of the Memory-Enhancing Effect of Emotion

This study investigated memory recall using the Emotional Oddball Paradigm (EOP). Researchers found that negative emotional stimuli did not impair preceding memory recall, contrary to predictions, while positive stimuli showed no effect.
