Teclistamab plus Daratumumab in Relapsed or Refractory Multiple Myeloma

Teclistamab-daratumumab significantly improved progression-free survival in multiple myeloma patients compared to standard therapies. This combination therapy demonstrated superior overall response rates and minimal residual disease negativity.
