Real-world evidence shows a novel bipolar radiofrequency clamp for epicardial left atrial encircling lesions during cardiac surgery is safe and effective for treating atrial fibrillation (AF). This surgical ablation technique achieved high freedom from AF/AT/AFL and favorable long-term survival rates.
