A smart tumor-responsive core-shell nanoreactor (Cu@Hemin@COF@PDA) based on covalent organic frameworks (COFs) was designed. It enhances antitumor therapy through photocatalytic H2O2 self-supply, glutathione (GSH) depletion via Cu2+/Cu+ conversion, and integrated photothermal properties.
