Late-Onset Digital Ischaemia after WALANT: Successful Reversal with Off-Label Urapidil

Wide Awake Local Anaesthesia No Tourniquet (WALANT) surgery can cause rare digital ischemia. Urapidil, an alpha-1 blocker, effectively reversed this complication when phentolamine was unavailable, restoring perfusion and sensation.
