Summary

Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) causes COVID-19, leading to central nervous system (CNS) damage. Histopathology reveals ischemic lesions, vascular thrombosis, and neuronal infection in deceased patients, highlighting neurological impacts.
