Summary

Krebs von den Lungen-6 (KL-6) levels did not predict pneumonitis in non-small cell lung cancer patients receiving PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors. However, rising KL-6 levels after treatment were more common in patients who developed pneumonitis.
