Summary

Higher dose aflibercept (8 mg) significantly improved outcomes in neovascular age-related macular degeneration (nAMD) patients compared to the standard 2 mg dose. This suggests 8 mg aflibercept offers faster anatomical and functional recovery in nAMD.
