Integrating Thyroid Function with Body Composition: The BRITSH Ratio and Cardiovascular Risk - A Pilot Study

The Body Roundness Index (BRI) and a new BRI/TSH ratio (BRITSH) can help predict coronary artery disease (CAD) in patients with hypothyroidism. These simple measures may improve cardiovascular risk assessment for hypothyroid individuals.

- These simple metrics may enhance cardiovascular risk assessment in routine clinical practice for hypothyroidism management.
