By the integration of AI and molecular engineering, we developed an activatable peptidyl fluorescent probe targeting GRP78 with high sensitivity and specificity. The probe enabled high-contrast imaging of renal cell carcinoma in patient-derived tissue samples. AI-driven molecular engineering provides a scalable platform for developing precision diagnostics.
