Summary

Onyx embolization offers a safe alternative to alcohol septal ablation for hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy (HOCM). This nonalcoholic agent successfully reduced septal hypertrophy and improved symptoms in a patient unsuitable for surgery.
