Summary

Maternal COVID-19 vaccination during pregnancy, particularly with mRNA vaccines, is linked to reduced stillbirth and small for gestational age (SGA) rates. Vaccination in the second or third trimester further improved neonatal outcomes, supporting vaccine safety in pregnant individuals.
