Adults with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) exhibit reduced macular thickness, retinal nerve fiber layer, and retinal vascularity. These findings suggest ocular changes are associated with ADHD in adults.

- Decreased peripapillary RNFL thickness and retinal vasculature are characteristic findings in adults with ADHD.
- These ocular findings support the hypothesis of ocular affection in individuals with ADHD.
