Extrapulmonary tuberculosis (TB) diagnosis and treatment response can be challenging. 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography/computed tomography (18F-FDG PET/CT) aids in evaluating malignancy and assessing TB treatment effectiveness.
