• To examine the need for innovation and entrepreneurship (I&E) education within medical curricula.
• To explore medical student interest and willingness to engage in I&E programs.
• To assess the impact of I&E education on medical professionals' careers and propose implementation models.

• Surveyed 480 medical students at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine regarding I&E interest (90 responses, 19% response rate).
• Surveyed 12 alumni of the Johns Hopkins Center for Bioengineering Innovation and Design (CBID) Master's program with medical degrees to assess career impact.
• Proposed three models for curriculum integration: workshops, gap programs, and longitudinal tracks.
