Abstract:
Lignin and its derivatives-stabilized Pickering emulsions offer multiple advantages as pesticide carriers, enhancing properties such as stability, biocompatibility, controlled release, and ease of application, thereby better meeting the demands of modern agriculture for pesticide carriers. By analyzing domestic and international literature, this paper explores the application progress of lignin-stabilized Pickering emulsions in the pesticide field, with a focus on their stability and potential in pesticide delivery and formulation. The paper first details the preparation methods and application prospects of lignin nanoparticles, thoroughly analyzing the intrinsic mechanisms and key influencing factors of lignin nanoparticle-stabilized Pickering emulsions. Subsequently, it investigates the potential of lignin Pickering emulsions as controlled-release pesticide carriers, exploring their advantages in improving pesticide efficacy and reducing environmental impact. Finally, it discusses the challenges and prospects for future applications of lignin-based Pickering emulsions in the pesticide field, evaluates current research shortcomings, and proposes future research directions and potential applications.
