Pyoderma Gangrenosum with Biological Agents Therapy: A Systematic Review

Interleukin (IL) inhibitors show faster remission times for pyoderma gangrenosum compared to tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) inhibitors. While both biologic classes have similar efficacy, IL inhibitors offer quicker results and fewer side effects than some TNF-α agents like infliximab.
