Late breast cancer recurrence, decades after surgery, can be diagnosed using endobronchial ultrasound-guided transbronchial needle aspiration (EBUS-TBNA). This minimally invasive technique confirms metastases, enabling effective treatment and prolonged survival in rare, late-stage cases.
