Background:

Purpose of the Study:

  • To evaluate and compare the effectiveness of alar batten grafts (ABG) versus lateral crural tensioning (LCT) in alleviating nasal obstruction.
  • Primary outcomes include Nasal Obstruction Symptom Evaluation (NOSE) scores and revision surgery rates.
  • Secondary outcomes assess complication rates associated with each technique.

Main Methods:
