Summary

Schizo-obsessive comorbidity (SOC) involves schizophrenia and obsessive-compulsive symptoms. This study found shared cognitive inflexibility and amplified neural alterations in SOC patients compared to schizophrenia (SCZ) and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) groups.
