18F-NAV4694 (NAV) PET scans show higher sensitivity for detecting low amyloid levels compared to 18F-Florbetapir (FBP) PET. Artificial intelligence (AI) correction improves FBP accuracy, but NAV remains superior for early amyloid detection.
