Maintaining a high socioeconomic position throughout life is linked to a lower risk of mild cognitive impairment (MCI) in Hispanic/Latino adults. This finding is crucial for understanding Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias (ADRD) in this growing population.

- Higher adult SEP was associated with lower odds of MCI (OR=0.78).
- A stable high SEP over the life-course was significantly associated with lower odds of MCI (OR=0.68).

- A higher and stable life-course SEP is linked to better cognitive aging in middle-aged and older Hispanic/Latino adults.
- These findings are critical for addressing the projected increase in ADRD cases within this demographic.
