TML-6, a curcumin analog, enhances microglial autophagolysosomal function to clear amyloid beta (Aβ), offering a novel therapeutic strategy for Alzheimer's disease (AD). This approach targets lysosomal deacidification and promotes Aβ clearance in both neurons and microglia.
