This study shows that the SuStaIn data-driven approach can accurately model the progression of neuropathology in Parkinson's Disease (PD) and Alzheimer's Disease (AD). SuStaIn stages correlate with clinical and cognitive measures, offering a quantitative tool for disease staging.
