Abstract:
The authors present TAVI in an 82-year-old patient. The feature was objective embolism in antiembolic protection device. The necessity of antiembolic protection systems during transcatheter aortic valve implantation is discussed. The paper suggests possible solutions, and expresses the authors' opinion.
