Abstract:
A study on the use of herbal medicinal product with comprehensive secretolytic, secretomotor and anti-inflammatory activity Sinupret extract in the surgical practice of treating patients with acute and chronic sinusitis was carried out. The use of this drug allowed to reduce the rehabilitation time after surgical treatment, contributed to the acceleration of the mucociliary clearance recovery, relieved subjective perception in patients in the early and late postoperative period.
