Abstract:
The management of treatment-resistant erotomania in patients with epilepsy requires a cautious pharmacological approach. This case demonstrates that replacing carbamazepine with valproic acid enabled the safe initiation of clozapine, resulting in resolution of erotomanic delusions while maintaining effective seizure control.
