Abstract:
This study focuses on the synthesis and characterization of AuNRs optimized for glioblastoma treatment. Using controlled chemical processes, AuNRs with precise size and morphology were synthesized and characterized via dynamic light scattering and transmission electron microscopy. Cytotoxicity assays on glioblastoma (U87MG) and normal (HaCaT) cell lines evaluated their biocompatibility and selective cytotoxicity. Fluorescence microscopy and flow cytometry analyses revealed efficient cellular uptake via endocytosis, supporting their potential for targeted therapy. The results highlight AuNRs as a promising nanoplatform for overcoming key challenges in glioblastoma treatment, including selective tumor targeting and BBB penetration. This research advances precision medicine and underscores the transformative role of nanotechnology in developing next-generation glioblastoma therapies.

Structural Isomerism
Isomers are different chemical species that have the same chemical formula. Structural isomerism of coordination compounds can be divided into two subcategories, the linkage isomers and coordination-sphere isomers.
Linkage isomers occur when the coordination compound contains a ligand that can bind to the transition metal center through two different atoms. For example, the CN− ligand can bind through the carbon atom or through the nitrogen atom. Similarly, SCN− can be...
