Summary

Elevated Carbohydrate antigen 19-9 (CA19-9) levels in a patient without symptoms were linked to lung sequestration. Surgical removal of the sequestration normalized CA19-9 levels, highlighting the importance of thorough investigation for unexplained tumor marker elevations.
