Commissural misalignment (CMA) during valve-in-valve transcatheter aortic valve implantation (ViV-TAVI) for failed surgical aortic valve replacement (SAVR) reduces technical success due to coronary obstruction. However, mid-term survival remains unaffected by CMA.
