Long-term optic nerve head microvascular impairment after acute primary angle closure: an OCTA study

Long-term, eyes with resolved acute primary angle closure (APAC) show reduced peripapillary vessel density (VD) compared to healthy eyes. This long-term microvascular change in the optic nerve head region persists after initial treatment.
