Continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) offers limited benefits for metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD) in patients with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), showing minor improvements in liver enzymes and metabolic markers but not steatosis or fibrosis.
