Summary

Multiple post-labelling delay (multi-PLD) arterial spin labelling (ASL) MRI for cerebral blood flow (CBF) showed poor image quality and low concordance with FDG PET in memory clinic patients. This limits the clinical utility of ASL MRI in this population.
