Real-World Outcomes of Polatuzumab Vedotin Plus R-CHP Versus R-CHOP-Based Regimens in Japanese Patients With

Polatuzumab vedotin, rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, prednisone, and etoposide (PV-R-CHP) showed improved progression-free survival and overall survival compared to rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, and prednisone (R-CHOP) in newly diagnosed diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). The safety profile was acceptable in this real-world study.
