Summary

This study found no significant differences in survival outcomes or prognostic factors between p190 and p210 BCR::ABL1 isoforms in adult Philadelphia chromosome-positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia (Ph+ ALL) patients. Both groups showed similar characteristics and response rates, with infection being the primary cause of mortality.
