Summary

Ranibizumab treatment improved optic disc perfusion in central retinal vein occlusion (CRVO) patients, with optic disc blood flow correlating more strongly with visual acuity than macular perfusion. This suggests intra-disc vessel density (VD) may predict visual outcomes in CRVO.
