None:
A sustainable, catalyst-free electrochemical system using silicotungstic acid as a redox mediator can effectively reduce oxygen in the air from 21% to 0.4%. No degradation was observed after 1000 minutes of use. By showcasing practical food preservation with low energy needs, this approach provides an affordable and eco-friendly solution for removing oxygen.
