Retention of basic sciences knowledge at clinical years: a single institute study from Sudan

Medical students retain basic science knowledge better when it is clinically oriented. This study assessed knowledge retention, finding integrated questions scored highest, highlighting the importance of clinical relevance in medical education.

- Integrating basic sciences with clinical applications may enhance learning and retention.
