Abstract:
Olivine-structured LiInGeO4, a Li+ conductor isotypic with LiFePO4 and originally intended as a solid electrolyte, is purposed as a high-capacity conversion-alloying anode. Its poor electronic conductivity is regulated by synergistic Ru doping and conformal graphene hybridization. The anode delivers 1058.8 mAh g-1 after 100 cycles at 0.1 A g-1 and 412.8 mAh g-1 at 10 A g-1, establishing a new paradigm for fast-charging anodes derived from Li+-conductors.
