Vacuoles, E1-ligase, X-linked Auto-inflammatory, Somatic (VEXAS) syndrome frequently causes orbital inflammation and eyelid swelling in affected males. While vision is often preserved, severe vision loss can occur, necessitating prompt ophthalmic evaluation.
