  • Generalised linear modelling revealed significant coefficients for these markers (p < 0.05).

Conclusions:

  • In fibromyalgia patients with cognitive complaints, consider assessing lymphocyte function-associated antigen-1 and anti-CCP IgG.
  • Evaluating for infections with Borrelia species, Ehrlichia chaffeensis, Anaplasma phagocytophilum, Mycoplasma pneumoniae, coxsackievirus B1, and echovirus may be beneficial.
