Objectives:
This is a protocol for a Cochrane Review (intervention). The objectives are as follows: To evaluate the benefits and harms of regular, structured exercise training in adults with chronic kidney disease not requiring dialysis, focusing on patient-important outcomes such as death, cardiovascular events, fatigue, functional capacity, and depression.
