Mixed neuropathologies are common in older adults. Alzheimer disease neuropathologic change (ADNC) and limbic-predominant age-related transactive response DNA-binding protein 43 kDa encephalopathy neuropathologic change (LATE-NC) profiles significantly impact cognitive decline.
