[Optimal Lymph Node Dissection and Prognosis for Primary Small Bowel Adenocarcinoma].

Primary small bowel adenocarcinoma (PSBA) is rare, with no established treatment. Lymph node dissection, particularly peri-intestinal and intermediate nodes, shows efficacy. Combining tumor resection with metastatic treatment may improve prognosis for PSBA patients.
