Beyond the surface: soluble SIGLEC-1 as a clinically applicable type I IFN biomarker

Soluble SIGLEC-1 (sSIGLEC-1) shows promise as a biomarker for Type I interferon (IFN-I) activity in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). This scalable marker correlates with disease activity and other IFN-I indicators, supporting its clinical potential.
